Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for signs and 3-5 business days for small items such as bookmarks, mugs and ornaments. I always ship on the early side.
We do sent personalized proofs on all orders that require custom text. Some items have live previews available but we will still send a proof on these as we transfer your input to working files. Please check your email within 24-48 business hours.
