Shipping policy

  • Order Processing - Our typical order processing time is 1-2 weeks for large items and 3-5 days for small items.  Monday - Friday, no weekends.  Current times will always be listed in top banner of site.
  • Domestic and international shipping options. We open ship to all USA based addresses via UPS or USPS.  Expedited shipping options should be available at checkout.  If UPS cannot because of location and we must use USPS for packages over 20", an after purchase surcharge may be charged.  This is mainly addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes as well as APOs.  We do not open ship internationally but are open to some areas.  Customer is responsible for all import and brokerage fees.
  • Shipping costs. The Wooden Frame pays for a shipping label on every package, whether "free" or not.  Items marked as free shipping have a generalized shipping fee added to the price of the product.  We do not discount for multiple "free shipping" items in a box as we generally cannot fit more than two in a box and the heavier the box the more the label costs.
  • Local pickup and delivery options available at checkout.
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations. Cancelations and changes are accepted within 48 hours if item has not been produced.  If the items has been produced and it is custom or personalized, no cancelations or changes are allowed.  We do accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days.  Item must be returned in sellable condition and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for the entire transaction.  As a small business, we cannot afford to lose $25 or more on shipping transactions on a return.  Refund will not be issued until item is received and inspected.  No returns on personalized items as they cannot be resold.
  • Potential service interruptions. We are not responsible for delays in transit due to 3rd party shipping companies.
  • Order tracking details. Tracking will be sent once packaged and ready to ship.
