Easter is March 31st. All orders placed by Friday, March 22nd, will be shipped by Monday, March 25th with or without proof approval. This SHOULD get all orders to their destination on time with regular shipping. I NEVER guarantee delivery dates as I cannot control what happens once the order leaves my hands, I can just promise to ship by a certain date.

The Basics:

Materials: 1/4" birch wood base, 1/8" acrylic name and ears, and natural macrame cord for hanging.

Fonts: I use 3 different but very similar fonts on these tags. I will mock up each name in all 3 fonts for you to make your final decision after purchase. This is a bit of an extra step for me, but because every name and letter combination yields different results in each font, I want to make sure each name looks as fabulous as possible. The names will have a connection point on each letter to make sure your acrylic pieces are strong, sturdy, and long-lasting. Because of this, names such as "Lillian" which has a lot of straight lines require me to play around with the fonts to make sure there is as much definition between letters as possible. In the above photo, Annabelle and Peter are made with different fonts and yet, they still look like they match to me!

Size:
Egg with ears - 2.75" wide by 4" tall, that includes ears in both dimensions.
Long Name with Ears - This one varies a bit depending on the name. I try to keep the name to about 1.5" wide and the length will depend on the name. Annabelle is almost 6" long, I really wouldn't want to go much longer. Please be aware of this. If you have a short Easter basket and a long name, this may not be the tag for your OR you need to let me know your size limits so I can adjust it for you.

Proofs: I am a very communicative seller. I want to make sure your experience is 100%. I send proofs on every personalized order that comes through my shop. Please make sure you are either watching your Etsy messages or the email that you use with your Etsy account. The Etsy app with your message notifications active is the best way to communicate. I typically do proofs in the evenings, unless my kids are busy with activities. Please allow up to 48 business hrs, though it is usually once a day. The longer it takes for you to respond to your proof, the longer it will take to ship your order. I will typically proceed "as is" with your order and select the font option that I believe is the best if I have not heard back after 48 business hours of proof being sent. If I have questions on your order that I do not feel comfortable proceeding with, I will either cancel your order or extend shipping in the hope that I will hear back from you.

Processing Time: From the time you order I have a 3-5 business day window to ship your order. It takes an additional 3-5 days in transit once mailed. When items are "in season" and selling regularly, I tend to process and package faster than say in October when no one is buying Easter tags. If you have time constraints, you always need to let me know so that we can look at the timing together and be on the same page. The average will be 3 days to ship and about 3 days to arrive, some more, some less.
