Please leave us your last name in the personalization box. If you would like to have it pluralized instead of "the ______ family", we can do that as well. The default year is 2022, but that can be changed as well. A proof with your design will be sent within 1-3 business days. Please keep an eye on the email address associated with your order. If we do not hear back by the time we are ready to ship, we will complete your order as unapproved and cannot be held responsible for incorrect information on the ornament. We process ornaments twice a week.
