Sticker Shipping Policy (Letter Mail)
Shipping Method
Stickers ship with free untracked letter mail, which is included in the listing. This service does not provide tracking updates or guaranteed delivery dates. Most envelopes arrive within 5–7 business days, but USPS timing can vary, especially during holidays or weather delays.
Delivery Expectations
Because this service is untracked, the envelope will simply arrive in your mailbox. I do not receive delivery notifications and cannot check the status once it has been shipped.
If your envelope has not arrived within 7–10 business days after shipment, please contact me and I will help with next steps.
Customer Deadlines
If you need your stickers by a specific date, please choose a tracked package upgrade at checkout. Free letter mail does not guarantee arrival by customer-selected deadlines. Late arrival with free letter mail is not eligible for a refund, as the delivery speed is determined by USPS.
Lost Mail & Replacements
If your envelope does not arrive after 7–10 business days, I am happy to remake and resend your order using the same free letter-mail service.
If you prefer a more reliable method with full tracking, you may upgrade to package shipping for $6–8, depending on your location.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for:
- Late arrival due to USPS delays
- Missed customer deadlines when free letter mail was selected
- Items that arrive after the customer’s event date
- Items that are delivered but not used
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The envelope does not arrive after a reasonable wait,
- A replacement has been offered,
- And the customer declines the replacement.
Upgraded Shipping
Tracked package shipping is available for $6–8 depending on your location. If you would like to upgrade, please contact me before your order ships.
